According to authorities, officers were dispatched around 2:30 a.m. to the area of Liberty Avenue and Clark Street after receiving reports of a motor vehicle crash.

Upon arrival, police found a tractor-trailer had struck several parked vehicles, causing damage along the roadway. No occupants were inside the parked cars at the time of the incident. The driver of the tractor-trailer remained at the scene and cooperated with police, officials said.
