đŸ”¥MORNING SEX MIGHT BE THE REAL SECRET TO RAISES AND PROMOTIONS
A new ZipHealth study suggests that morning sex may boost more than your mood — it might help your career. Researchers surveyed 1,000 full-time workers and found that those who get intimate before work reported higher productivity (71%), more completed tasks (70%), and greater confidence.
The payoff didn’t stop there. Nearly 1 in 5 morning-sex participants said they were promoted in the past year, and 51% got a raise. About a third credited a healthy sex life with improving their income or career growth, especially executives and business owners.
For many, morning sex even beats caffeine: 35% said it starts their day better than coffee, and nearly a quarter admitted it’s made them late to work. Gen Z leads that group, while Gen X and boomers reported the most pre-work intimacy overall. Workers in marketing, hospitality, and entertainment topped the list.
The study also links morning intimacy to better mental health, stronger confidence, and lower stress — thanks to a rush of endorphins that makes the workday feel less draining.
So before the emails and the commute, one quick session might be the simplest productivity hack out there.
